How to Use:
After cleansing, apply a small amount of toner to a cotton pad or directly to clean palms. Gently pat or sweep across face and neck. Allow to absorb fully — approximately 30 seconds. Follow immediately with your Gloowwave serum. Use morning and evening. Do not rinse off.
